Born in Denver, Colorado in 1962, moved to Wausau, Wisconsin on his 2nd birthday. At St Cloud-UMn, majored in Philosophy, History, and English. In 1989, moved to Madison, Wisconsin, studied Hermetic magick and lived in Co-op houses. In 1994-96 lived in Sophia, Bulgaria and began to paint. Self-published his novel “Snuck Past Death And Sleep” in 2004. Al-Azif is his first musical effort.
